Uber India — extra charges and driver is not completed

Dear sir/madam,

I booked cab on date 13/12/2017 time 11.45am from gurgaon to govind puri and total bill is rs.568/- cash i will paid and driver is told me give rs.100/- extra for toll tax and all ready is toll tax in bill rs. 105/- included. But not open door and locked door for cab after 10 minuets i call to delhi policy and after that open door. I want pay by pay by paytm he told me give cash driver is not have paytm wallet driver no. [protected] driver name is mr. Amit. And uber cab co. Is not any help and not customer care toll free no is not working[protected]
