Madam/ Dear Sir,
It is very annoying and irritating to inform you that your cab services are too poor. I had booked a cab from Vishnu Garden, Delhi to Inderpuri, Delhi from my uber app mobile no. [protected] on 28/11/2021. The fare shown was ₹ 193/- before booking the cab but the final fare came out to ₹ 477/- . How in the world you guys are ?? Is this the fair way to treat a customer with the fare ?? For a trip which is only 10kms, can anyone in the world justify the fare to be ₹477/- ??. Being a regular customer o[censored]ber, I had never expected this kind of bad service from you guys.
Also, please be noted that the driver named Kuldeep behaved really badly after asking for a justified fare. He behaved very rudely that we should look in the app and don't ask him.This is really frustrating and annoying.
I had lodged my complaint in my uber app atleast 10 times but no one responded. Your app has become anti-customer where a persoy cannot logde a complaint easily and review the track record of that complaint. This is feeling like I am begging you for justification and refund, and no one in Uber is even bothering to even hear from me.
I would request you to review this complaint very seriously and provide me with the refund of ₹284/- ( ₹477 - ₹193). Copy of the receipt is attached herewith for your reference. It would be great to hear from you at the earliest.
