I would like to draw an attention of the group of drivers operating in Ahmedabad. When we book a ride from app, they come at our pickup location and first they ask to pay cash (if I have selected online payment then they force to pay cash and if we are not agreeing then they say we are canceling the ride). Another issue I have faced recently (yesterday only 07/11/2022) they insist us to cancel the ride from the app and they will drop us the location we selected (so that Uber cannot deduct commission and they get full amount). There are certain serious concerns which Uber needs to take care like when Driver cancels the ride, they should investigate why it got cancelled? Or put some cancellation restriction like they can cancel only 3 rides in a month otherwise their account will be suspended for next 15 days or 1 month like that... Was this information helpful? |
