Uber India — had an issue with a trip and I received awful customer support

I had an issue with a trip and i received awful customer support. For almost a week no one responded to my complaint and when uber finally responded the representatives were rude, they refused to understand my issue or even read the complaint messages. They were all typing out the generic reply. They don't even read my response before copy pasting their generic reply.
