Uber India — Higher charges | |||||
My complaint is as follow I booked uber on 16 th august 2016 in morning and while booking uber i got message that fare of 368 will be charged from my residence to airport which i agreed. I neither changed destination nor route yet fare charged was 468 almost 40%higher. I took this matter with company but company said they will charge as per applicable fare The company is big cheater and i want to lodge complaint with police against ipc 420 as they cannot cheat customers in this manner Company needs to produce proof that i have accepted fare which company is not produced I want to take this to higher authorities and social media Please let me know details Suresh soni Was this information helpful? | |||||

on Thursday night we have booked a uber cab form sardar Patel nagar to A S rao nagar..after reaching the spot..driver refused to pick up as he is not aware of the location..instead we book a different cab.
next we book a cab to secunderabad..uber charged us 60 for no reason stating cancellation charges.
