Uber India — I have made two times payment for single trip mistakenly

I had today morning trip in Bangalore the amount 563.40 which I need to pay but due auto payment it got deducted from my Amazon pay account without knowing this I have also paid same amount 563 to driver through Google pay. Later I saw that it happened two times but I requested Uber to refund they refunded just 300 instead of 563.4 rupees. I have raised query in Uber help they don't have clear picture about where extra amount gone i.e 563.40 - 300 = 263.40. I asked them like I want justification about my remaining amount 263.40. They don't have answer for this instead they are trying to close this query.
Guys Please suggest me what to next
