Uber India — Mistakenly paid cash in digital mode

I booked a cab yesterday . When I reached the destination, mistakenly I paid cash directly to the driver as I didn't noticed that it was already in digital payment mode from my Amazon pay balance. Kindly refund me the amount deducted from my Amazon pay balance. I am attaching screenshot of the same for your reference.

I booked many rides in the past with different accounts from Uber. Already passed a year. Still no resolution from the company. I think they ignores the customer, if the customer starts ignoring the company where will the company stand. I won't book any ride from Uber in the future if the company doesn't take immediate action and refund my money through UPI.
