Uber India — My free rides not showing

Respected Sir/Madam

I Vishal Vora (my promo code-geav4) was alloted with 5 free rides as per my app details(2 rides for rs 150 each and 3 rides for rs 50 each) now its not showing in my account. I used one ride on 22.05.2016 but i didnot get any free ride benefit and i paid the total amount in cash.
i will be very thankful to you i[censored] do the needful and reimburse my 5 free rides on my account.
