Unfortunately, our policy restricts us from sharing any further details as to the exact reason for the disabling of your account.

Apologies for the trouble with accessing your account and totally understand your frustration.

I unfortunately have no further information i can provide beyond the fact that we won't be able to reverse the suspension.

Although you might not have had the intention, the system automatically flags accounts with activities that overstep our terms and conditions. When this happens, the account gets suspended after the system carefully looks for a number of data points.

This decision does not have an option of removing the suspension of the account.
