Uber India — Not able to get the ride receipts on mail

I was on business trip in Bangalore, during that time I have created an UBER account using my mobile number. The authentication is done using the passcode sent on the mobile number and I was able to book the taxi. Later I wanted to submit the receipts to my finance dept for reimbursement so I wanted the bills on my email id. But I was not able to register my email id to UBER using the app or the UBER site, for that I have raised a request using help section in UBER app, so they added the email id to my account. But now I am not able to login using that email id, because a password is required to login. I tried to reset the password but I always get error, and for last 3 days I am sending mails to UBER they are saying same thing that "reset the password" but I am not able to reset using their site or app.
Due to this I am not able to submit the bills and I lost Rs. 600. now I want the refund from UBER.
