Uber India — over changed on my trip

Hi, First of all i requested a UBER ride from JCR Layout Panthur, the location was automatically picked up by UBER app where I stood. I gave only destination.I waited for cab more than 10 mins in the same exact location.

Driver was not able to identify my location. He did not come to the location then he asked me come to nearest location so i moved to main road then he was able to locate me.
Driver spent some time to identify my location this is not fault but UBER charged 17 rupees by mentioned this as waiting time period.

Though this is not fault they charged more.

I request you to resolve this issue.

Arupchakraborty's response On 25th July2017 at about 10 pm I had booked UBER from Ulubari Hanuman Mandir near Flyover, guwahati to Birubari Kalimandir, guwahati but your driver Rupan didn't come to pick-up me, there after about 20 minutes I booked OLA and reached my destination.This is very very bad, your service really disappointed me.

The response which UBER team gave to me on this complaint is totally irrelevant to the incident.
They keep on telling the routine story.
