i had travelled from uber on 17th July 2015 with my credit card account and As i was new for uber i was not able to pay the amount on same day as i paid the amount on 22nd july it was not updated and i got reminder whenever i try to use the app
i tried contacting uber and they asked for screenshot and i send them the same
after that i send 3 reminders for the same and still no response from there side than i made the payment once again on 28th july so as to use the service but they are not reverting the transaction as it was done two times
i suppose here it will be resolved
kindly provide a solution for the same as
this kind of exercise ends up in harassing customers and its very annoying to see that transactions done are not checked and replied by uber team
kindly update this and let me know or i have to take some legal action
