Uber India — Regarding customer dissatisfaction

Sir this complaint is regarding uber company and a customer . I tried very hard to contact uber company but I haven’t got any positive reply. So I am asking you to kindly help me in this matter. The details of the incident are as follows:- a customer with mobile no[protected] named suhani misbehaved with me, she called me at a particular location and abused uber company and driver and used vulgar language for them . I didnt knew the motive behand it and I thought that the person was from the company so I went there . She also threatened me that if i would complain about her than she would give me a severe punishment. And she spoke ill words about me .Kindly block this customer so that he does not abuse anyone again. So I request you to kindly take this matter seriously as it is for the sake of protection of other customers . I tried to contact uber but in vain.
