Uber India — regarding wrong charges of trip | |
I rent uber on 07 oct around 9:15 pm from t3 arrival rd, indira gandhi international airport, new delhi to mahagunpuram ghaziabad. The total distance between source and destination was approx 52 km. When i reached my home (Mahagunpurm) @ 10:27 pm i asked driver to stop the meter and in reply he told it has been stopped and you will get trip detail and bill in few minutes. As i choose payment method as paytm so i presumed it has been deducted from my paytm account. But next day when i got receipt of my travel i got surprised the bill was rs. 1882. I immediately gone through my travel detail and found the destination was not my home it were 42a mahatma gandhi rd, block f south extension new delhi. The total distance was 93 km. As of now i am unable to use uber because as soon as i made request, uber will deduct this amount from my paytm account which is currently showing on hold. I raised this concern several times in last one month but all gone in vain. I am now really fed up with uber as its not responding to me. If i will not get resolution of this issue i will definately remove their application and advised other people to do same. Was this information helpful? | |
