This is to inform that you lies a lot and also create a lot of inconvenience.
On Monday (17 Oct 2016), transferred money to my PAYTM wallet so that it is adequate for my airport trip costing 549/-.
But to my surprise, you raised trip price by more than 50%, it is highly unethical. Still I transferred Rs.1000/- more to my PayTM wallet and retried booking.
But then my account was blocked and I was advised to contact support, which is possible through email.
You American Company are no good since expect customer standing on road (waiting for pickup) to write mail to you.
Why my account is blocked ?
Is there anybody responsible ?
My money is blocked in Wallet and I had to pay CASH for my airport trip.
