Uber India — the driver was drunk and he overcharged me.

The driver was drunked badly and he was smoking in the car. When i asked him to stop smoking then he abused me. He hit the car to another car due to which my led screen broke down which was in the car. He stole my wallet and when i asked him back my wallet he started abusing me. He overcharged me for the trip and took rs 184 from me for the trip however the fare was rs 134. When i repeadely told him that the fare was 134 then he told me that the fare is not that and you need to pay 184. He drunked and drived very badly and stole my wallet.
