Uber India — Totally different receipt was given to me and driver forced us pay cancellation fee | |||||
I'm very disappointed with uber. This is the second time that we were charged cancelation fee unnecessarily. First we paid rs100 and this time driver asked us and even harassed us to pay him rs40 as a cancelation fee although the receipt we had showed no cancelation fee and we had already cancelled it and it wad credited again as credit points. But the driver verbally depressed us a lot and even asked not to leave car and go to police station with him. Uber has the most unfortunate and disappointing customer service. I'd say ola has a lot better service. They have a customer care number which is available 24 hours. Even in emergency uber makes no effort. Disheartening to be an uber customer.
