Today i booked uber pool at 4. Pm
Your app monitoring located a driver
According to map he was on my home and time shown was 6 minutes
His car came from growel101, but did not enter thank complex but went to datapada road
After 20 minutes i phoned to driver, he told i had not taken your booking, the app technician has forced
I told him to cancellation but he was asking me to cancel
Who is responsible for the delay and wrongly booking driver who had not completed
Previous trip
My wife had to be taken to doctor
Now please state why we should not go to rto for deficiency and social site
Or punish your staff and show me proof or pay me fine
