Uber India — Wrongly charged for cancellation

I had booked an uber at 2.32 pm today and the driver told me to cancel the ride as he had some personal issues but I found out that I had been charged Rs 50 for the rise that I never took. what kind of service is this? I need the refund for it asap or a customer care represenetative I can talk to? Given below is the snapshot of it
