Uber — Rs 297 deducted from my A/c for a free ride and also deduct 2 free rides too.

Hi. I had a free rides from Uber. I traveled from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad. And check my balance and found that Rs. 297 is deducted from my A/C. And they also delete my 2 free rides. I had complaint to them but didn't get any reasonable answer from them. Kindly help me.
