Uber — wrongly deducting balance and disabling account | |||
i have been a regular customer o[censored]ber(India)..i had 3 free rides..today after my ride they deducted balance from my paytm account inspite of my having 3 free rides..now they are not showing any free rides any more..when i complained to them regarding this they replied that apparently there has been some violation of their code (which is a big fat lie) and that apparently i have multiple accounts or somthing (again which is a big fat lie) and that they have disabled my account indefinitly..now this is very embarrasing and inconvenient for a customer..and this is not the first time they have done this..the same thing happened with m y friend as well..they shouldnot be allowed to cheat customers like this..please look into this matter so that nobody else should face this harrasement.. i request a refund..
