Udupi railway station — Rude and mannerless behaviour of staff at the ticket counter

The udupi station staff which was on duty on 2nd October 2014 at 12.30am was behaving in a rude nd mannerless way to the people coming to get the the tickets. As im a student, nd I was travelling home alone I asked for a ticket to my home town giving a note of Rs.500. The change which has to be given back was Rs.275. She just threw 200 rupees to me and asked me Rs.15 more. WheWhen I told her I dont have change she was being harsh by not giving the rest of the money. As I told im a girl and im traveling alone she just told thats nothing of her matter. I also observed her same behaviour to other people as well. This is just one of my incident. This is just for the concerned person to look in to the issue. The People travelling in the night most of the time doesnt have change. The counter is suppose to provide that. Even if the counter doesnt have, they should atleast be pleasing to tell that. We pay our own money and Travel, but the staff at the councounter behave like they pay for us. This is a matter to be looked into. Such mannerless behaviour of the staff has to be taken care of. T
