uFaber — fraud/ breach of trust

I put a request to prepare for ielts on there portal by the name of ieltsninja. After some time i got a call from ms. Sadaf from there counselling department. She had explained me about the packages, one of the package which had 90 hours duration, i chose. She arranged 1 demo session with prabha ma'am after which i agreed to pay 9000/- after discount and told her that i will go with the same teacher i had my demo class with and she said yes, that's not a problem, i will arrange it. Once i paid in full at once, i got a call from the student manager mr. Sagar. And he told me that your session is for 22 hours and i will check with the mentor who is available. I was shocked as hell, i asked again to reconfirm if i have misheard and he reapeated the same. I said that i was told that i will get 90 hours with mentor on video call. He replied, "no, we don't have such kind of the course and told me to call my counsellor again." which i did but she turned and started telling me things from here and there that no, it is for 22 hours and rest 68 hours will be mock tests which your mentor will check. I said i was told about 90 hours only and we didn't have any conversation about 22 hours, you nowhere mentioned 22 hours before i paid. She said, "may be i missed." then i asked about the mentor, that i will go with prabha ma'am because she is the one who took my demo and i joined because of her only. Then she started being rude and talking like, "dude, i am not allowed to talk to students after admission but i am still helping you (I didn't know about what, because all she did, was lie and manipulation of things), and i want you to cooperate a bit. You know, if i didn't wanted to help you i would have blocked your number but i am still talking to you, which i am not allowed to do after admission." i thought that there is no point to argue and i have to manage and thought that i will get 68 hours to practice with mentor. Meanwhile i have been trying to get there complain department number and started taking classes with the mentor they have assigned me. I took 2-3 sessions with her and told them after my first session only that i would go with prabha only. First day mr. Sagar didn't answer my call, till the evening of second day when i didn't get any call from mr. Sagar, i again called him and asked to replace my mentor with prabha. Then he told me that ms. Prabha doesn't take classes, she is for demo classes only. I said but i have paid for her only and cleared with sadaf that if i get prabha as my mentor only then i will pay and she agreed. He said i don't know but she is only for demo and disconnected the call. I took my second session with the same mentor they have assigned on the first place and called mr. Sagar if he has changed but he didn't. I had another session with the same mentor, then after 3 sessions he replaced her with mrs, gagandeep kaur, who has finished my 22 hours on monday, 22 june 2020. I tried to complain about it to there seniors but couldn't get there emails or numbers from any online platform. Then i mailed on the email address i used to get emails from everyday, [protected]@ufaber.com, but mail didn't go through, as it shown that "recipient inbox full". Then yesterday i came across this portal and thought of complaining here if i get any solution.
