In the reference of the above consumer number i would like to request you pls do arrangement of Cheque Box while paying through cheque also we have wait atleast one hour in queue & the other thing i would like to tell you that i was forced to pay rs 100 on 13-01-14 when i went to pay my bill otherwise they were not...

Bill payment not received on window as per time

In Gandhinagar UGVCL bill payment window Mr. Kamlesh V. He is bill connection person. Before Recessed time 1:30 pm he told time is over come after 2:30. Actually I am coming at 1:20 pm. But t he not receive payment. His senior also reply same. Only 2 people standing in a Q.
This type of management in UGVCL ?...
