UK Chevron Oil Int'l Mobile Draw — tecno ki complaining about mobile fraud

Sir i am complaining about the fraud that done to me it is that i bought tecno mobile module i7 (4gb +32gb) variant at balaji mobile shopraisar plaza, opp, 1636, nahargarh rd, kishanpole bazar, chandpole bazar, indira bazar, pink city, jaipur. I bought this mobile for my uncle in 11, 000₹. I used this mobile for about 4 hours during the night and found that mobile gets too high temperature while video calling. Finger print does not work mostly. Battery trains very fast. Selfie camera not working so good. And color temperature when zooming and out gets saturated. So i went to the shop next day early about 8 am but they denied to talk any thing. And ordered me to come after 2.00 p. M. But when i went they completely denied me to change the mobile even i requested to offer 500₹ extra. Now what should i do please help. I am a student and my uncle is a shoe maker...
