My account got suspeneded 2 days back and the reason they have given is that i have violated the their policies. I have emailed them twice asking about the reason of suspension. Also they have asked me to submit my personal proof which i am not comfortable sharing that too for a gaming site. I have spend 3000inr 2 days back for purchasing the chips. I would also require a refund for the same as i was not able to use due to suspension. Was this information helpful? | 
This is to let u know that i m utp player playing game since2 years .i am very upset as u guys has block my id on this date 20 feb 2020 If there is a mistake from my side i really apologised for same and assure u will not reapeat in future.Kindly unblock my id as i am facing problems .
