Ultimate Teen Patti — Chips not received after the payments were done

I (Subir) paid 1000/- (Two times) on 4th july evening to buy the chips but still the chips are not credited to my account but the money got deducted.
Sent an email as well from the i'd [protected]@gmail.com but still no revert
