I was playing the game and made the purchase of chips online twice by my upi account through the games app. The payment got deducted both the times but did not receive any chips. I made the complain to online mail portal available also but did not receive any query from them yet. My payment of 400.00 rs got deducted. My player id is utp_qcud4e
