Dear Sir/madam
I,Rita Jha(w/o-Aditya nath jha),with consumer no-MPDS001224,am a residence of Tarinidih,Rampur,deoghar.3 month before 1 electric department contractor with his men(named Rahul who is authorized to give services to my area)came my home and taken Rs. 5000 for giving a new connection of 4 KW(previously I had 1KW connection),He changed our electricity meter with a new one.
Sir/madam, It's 3 month now but still fixed electricity bill comes of 1 KW .He also gave the receipt of this amount.new Electric meter is working and I afraid that I will have to pay a very high amount of money with additional charges when mistake will be corrected,which will affect us a lot.
Please take action against that contractor soon,and hence solve our problem and modify our connection to 4 KW.waiting for the remedy...
