Electricity office deoghar — regular sparking of wire

Dear sir/madam
This is to bring to your kind notice and information that in the below-mentioned address in front of my house regularly sparks take place in the supply wire, as the gap between the naked wires are very less and there is no hook provided between them to maintain a suitable gap.

It can lead to serious fire and fatal accidents, if proper precautionary measures are not taken.

You are requested to either replace the naked wire with covered one or provide hooks between them to fix a proper distance between the wires at earliest in the interest of public.
Early action will be highly appreciated.
