[Resolved] Speedex Relocation (India) — Demanding money without showing octroi

I wish to complain about Speedex Relocation (India) and their sales/marketing agent - Satish Kumar Jangra who has the following phone numbers +91-[protected]

I wanted to move my household goods from Pune to Bhubaneswar and got a quote from this guy (Satish) citing octroi as extra (pre-printed) on the quote form. When I compared this to other reputed packers and movers they mentioned as octroi to be borne by party and octroi receipts would presented by the packers and movers to claim the octroi amount on unloading.

When I finally got the goods packed and loaded with Speedex, they asked me to pay for more than Rs 4200 as octroi charges upfront. I had a long debate with Satish and I refused to accept this term when they had not provided me any receipt. Then they said that the driver would present the receipts upon arrival and unloading in Bhubaneswar and I would need to then pay them for which I agreed. I paid for rest of the packaging and moving cost i.e. Rs 42000 upfront in Pune for which I have all receipts.

After arriving in Bhubaneswar, the driver started demanding Rs 4000 without any octroi receipts based on instructions by Satish. Further the driver said that he would not unload any item unless the payment is made to him. I contacted Satish many times that this was against the agreement and contrary to helping me he started abusing me in his Harayanvi language. He behaved very rough and refused to bulge even though knowing what was committed

I tried calling up their complain authority Mr. Jaibir Singh on +91-[protected] and the phone was always unreachable. I don't know if these unscrupulous guys would be punished in any form or not, but my word of caution to everyone to not use speedex relocations in pune to transport goods or move goods. They are not a packers and movers company who agree to their own terms.

PS: Bills and other proofs can be uploaded/mailed on request showing that the compliant is genuine.

Speedex relocations india is the worst movers & packers in inda. my maximum items are damaged. so please don't believe in this movers & packers service.

I had made frantic calls for 7 days..Talked to all people.. All are . Thugs and thieves.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Please don't select the service of http://www.speedexrelocation.com from NCR (Rajesh, Gurgaon).

These guys are fraud. They will speak something and will do something. Don't ever go with their service if you love your valuables. They are cheap, mannerless and people who do bad business. They will ruin your commodities. We booked a consignment with http://www.speedexrelocation.com from Noida to Berhampore but when they reached Kolkata they told they will not deliver the items to berhampore (200 km from kolkata).
And then we booked another truck and shifted the items. also received damaged items (worth 40000 INR) and they denied to claim the insurance.

Due to transfer, I shifted my Household through the Movers and Packers named Speedex Relocations India, on 28.04.2017, having there registered office at Plot No 13/5, Saikrupa Building, William Nagar, Pimple Gurav, Pune 61, Ph No [protected], Mob No: [protected], [protected].
I have already paid an amount of Rs. 50000/- in advance out of Rs. 75000/-.
After lots of harassment from day 1, these people finally delivered my household in broken condition on 9th May 9, 2017.
They have not send any supervisor, ultimately one came and immediately went on, seeing the broken condition of my LED TV.
They not only broken my TV, Tata Sky Dish stolen. They have broken heavy glasses of cupboard.
Never ever believe on this people, they are absolute fraud, with no professionalism.

I’ve recently moved my household items from Panchkula to Bangalore through Speed EX Home Packers and Movers with all fake promises that they will delivery our goods safely. They have picked my household items on 3-June-2018 from Panchkula and delivered on 12-June-2018. I’ve also taken insurance of 3 lakhs from them. When I received the household items, it was in pathetic condition, glass of the dining table was completely broken, dressing table broken, one leg broken and multiple scratches on Sofa, Both Beds, center table, wooden wardrobe and side table all corners damaged and have terrible scratches, Microwave completely broken as if someone has bumped up with all his frustration and many more. When I tried to call SpeedEx guy, with whom I was dealing Mr Chauhan[protected], he has no time to talk to me. I tried to contact the Insurance Company (Liberty General Insurance), they said the insurance, which issued to me, covers only accidental cover not a jerk and jolt cover. SpeedEx charged 73000 for shifting my goods or I would say they have charged this much for fooling me or damaging my goods and now they have no time to talk to me. Please take some action against them. I’ve all the bills.
