Unbearable Stray Dogs Fear — Unbearable stray dogs fear

I am a resident of Rohini, Sector-20, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding increasing number of stray dogs.These dogs bark unnecessary on everyone and run after them to bite them. Their population has increased so much that you would find atleast 12-15 stray dogs per block. We are always in a fear of being bitten by them .
I want you to send a dog catcher soon as it is very difficult to cope up with them.
