With your company that I write to you about the sheer misconduct and the most in appropriate It is with a traumatic experience and nonchalant attitude of your representatives which have caused utter discomfort as well as mental agony to me. This negligent and irresponsive attitude and acts of your staff has created a great deal of hardships for me and I have had to undergo extreme trouble due to your delayed and underprivileged services. I had been trading in the stock exchange through your company for the last three years through my client ID-DU786. [Attached herewith is the copy of the relevant documents as Annexure I]. Further, I had also invested an approximate amount of Rs.2, 00, 000/- in the market in the month of February 2014 and was waiting for the market to get stable. Unfortunately, I was in dire need of money and decided to utilize the balance amount of my demat account. Hence, I requested your agent to transfer the remaining balance of Rs.1, 99, 274/- to my axis account. Your representative, Mr. Devi Prasad Karmokar had also assured that the amount will be transferred to my account at the earliest. Disappointingly, the amount has not yet been transferred to my account. On receiving such deficient services from your side. I tried to follow up regarding the issue with your representative. I had made incessant calls to your customer care help desk but to no avail. I had also repeatedly and persistently e-mailed you in this regard but I was stalled in my attempt to move up my grievances for redressal. Your negligent and unprofessional attitude has not only caused to me monetary loss but has also resulted in absolute mental agony and turpitude. The irresponsible behaviour of your staff and the ill treatment which was meted out to me has caused to me utter hardship and trouble and caused to me a great deal of mental frustration and anxiety. As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to transfer the amount of Rs.1, 99, 274/- to my Axis Bank account at the earliest. In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs.30, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony your delayed actions have caused to me.
