Please let me know what further steps required to get those back.

you kept following number of shares in pooling account ( you can check pooling account statement), those shares should be there in my DP account.

1) Script =33519, Share=L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS, Qty=98
2) Script =112, Share= STATE BANK OF INDIA, Qty=49
