Unisyn Enterprises — Cancel my connection and refund request

I purchased TATA SKY new connection through unisyn enterprises (Authorized Channel Partner of TataSky).I paid Rs.2145/- through UPI
Representative name is Nagaraj who gave false offers and after installing he is not responding.
This is nothing but cheating customers with false promotion. I have the brochure and conversation audio evidence.
I need cancellation and refund.
