[Resolved]  Unitech Group — Non payment of matured fdr by unitech group

Sir,
1. my family has made investment in your company fix deposite scheme as under : (
A) self kundan singh kalakoti, rs 3 lacs a/c no1235977, fdr no 1206445 matured on 17 jan 2016.
(b) wife meena kalakoti, rs 5 lacs each with a/c no1205631, fdr no 1206447 matured on 17 jan 2016 and fdr
No 1217220 matured on 30 apr 2016.
C) son tarun kalakoti, rs 2 lacs, a/c no[protected], fdr no 12066440 matured on 17 jan 2016.
2. all the original certificates were dispatched by due dates, besides form 16 sent by company were also complied with. however no
Amount has been paid by your company despite previous reminders.
3. meanwhile i have undergone two major neurosurgical
Operations and still need intensive medical care. i am under debt as i had to
Borrow money from friends.
4. i therefore request for immediate payment of all matured fdrs for its timely utilization failing which i shall be forced to take legal
Action.
