I purchased a jeans on sunday 4th january from benetton DLF promenade Vasant Kunj, But unfortunately i didnt have my credit card pin, so i asked the cashier to hold my jeans for next day.He told me the price after giving discount of 40 %.The next day my brother visit the store and they deliver the jeans to him but change the discount to 30%.Later when my brother told me about the bill i was furious with them as they cheat me on the price.Now i just want you to refund my money or provide me credit note of my amount as i cant pay 500rs more for the same thing if i am purchasing it next day .I am really disappointed with the way the manage their customer relations as they simply say that nothing can be possible now and you have to bear with it.I need you to hear the customer or i have to go to customer forum for the same.
