I AM ALSO A MIDDLE LEVEL BUSINESSMAN, I AM ALSO HAVING MY ENGAGEMENTS BUT I WAS THIS MUCH DISSAPOINTED BY YOUR STAFF I HAVE CANCELLED TODAY MY TWO APPOINTMENTS AND WRITING THIS TO YOU I REQUEST YO TO PLEASE READ ITS NOT A STORY IT’S A REAL FACT IS HAPPENING WITH LOYAL CUSTOMERS O[censored]NITED COLORS OF BENETTON.
Respected sir,
My name is Mukesh Mehndiratta, In this busy life people doesn’t have time to write or complaint but being a loyal customer o[censored]CB I would like to share my worst experience please spare some time and see your stores otherwise that time is not far away once UCB will be closed from the PAN India and the people who love the UCB like me they will miss it and will look for any other alternative as there are many options are available in the market.
I don’t know what to write I am or I was a customer o[censored]CB. We love to wear from UCB but I think now it’s time to say good bye to UCB forever because of the staff is been hired by UCB in their respective stores is highly uneducated, unprofessional, arrogant, they don’t have etiquette how to speak to a loyal customer who use to wear only from UCB. I think UCB management is not at all bother about it, after speaking to your staff yesterday I feel that the management o[censored]CB main aim is to make more n more profit instead of giving training to the staff let me tell you respected sir the day is not far away once you will be having good staff and you and your staff will be sigh for a single customer. Why I am writing this because yesterday what was happen the brief of incident is below and I have been really very much hearted, harassed by your unprofessional staff mainly from Mr. Sahil who claims he is the Manager o[censored]CB at Connaught Place, New Delhi, but I don’t think so he knows the spelling and meaning of a Manager.
In the month of October last year I have been to Chandigarh for some my business meeting, I was having some spare time then I thought to do some shopping I have been to Sec-17 market which is famous in Chandigarh I have seen UCB and I have purchase one t-shirt for my wife and other accessories too. This t-shirt was for summer as you aware about the weather of North India is quite cool after October and up to the March now she has taken out the t-shirt to wear but she has seen there was some stitching defect into it then I told her no problem its UCB we will go to their store and find the solution, yesterday we have been to your store in CP from where we use to do good shopping time to time but when yesterday we gone there interacted with Mr. Bharat (an insolent person), on the main counter, I told him I bought this t-shirt and I don’t have bill but I can tell you the date of purchase(21.10.2013) you can see in your system, also you have product code on the t-shirt (XL- 13A3BTLE3261G) he straight away says it cannot be altered / repair/ exchange, then I requested him kindly tell us the solution its UCB product we haven’t use once it is a new and told him please see and keep with you give us a slip take your time whatever and you send this to your manufacturing unit and ask them to get it altered / repair we are not asking you to exchange right now or give us any credit note or money back but he was not at all interested to listen us he was talking and laughing with his colleague on the counter when I start shouting him, “we are talking to you and you are not listening to us then again very rudely he says I am not authorized to take this back I can’t do anything” then again I requested him ok if you are not authorized then please call your manager let me speak to him then after a long argument he says he is not there in the store then I requested for his mobile number he says I don’t have his number then I requested to one of your staff finally I received the mobile number of Mr. Sahil (+91-[protected]) (very rude arrogant person), I called to the above number more than 05 times but his phone was on waiting anyhow he is the manger o[censored]CB he must be busy somewhere in gossip, I waited for his call there in the store for 30 min then he called back and says I am in the store and he came to the counter that time I felt that now he is coming and will found some solution but after he came I told him the whole story but he also start talking me and my wife very rudely and was not ready to listen his boy mistake and behavior because he was also the part of their team after they all are birds of a feather anyway then argument was going on and he start shouting on me he collected his all staff member and threaten me you do whatever you want to do I will see you from where you can get it repaired from all over India Benetton store also he told me it is your mistake you have bought Benetton product. He has not stopped here he was not bother that he is having other customer in his store and he threaten me to GET OUT from the store.

IS THIS THE TRAININGS UCB MANAGEMENT GIVES TO THEIR STAFF MAINLY AT THE LEVEL OF MANAGER THAT TIME HE WAS THE BULLY O[censored]CB WITH HIS GANG. IT WAS REALLY VERY VERY DISAPOINTED TO SEE THIS TYPE OF HOOLIGANISM IN UCB STORE.
ONE MORE REASON TO WRITE THIS, INFACT YESTERDAY I CALLED TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE GURGAON AND INTERACTED WITH MR. ANSHUL BHASIN, WHEN I TOLD HIM THE STORY OVER THE PHONE HE APPOLOGIES FOR THE SAME AND ENSURED ME TO TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION INTO IT WHICH WAS REALLY APPRICIATED. IT WAS VERY NICE TALKING TO HIM AND HE GIVEN ME THE NUMBER OF MS. HARPREET KAKKAR +91-[protected] AND TOLD ME TO SPEAK TO HER ONCE, I TRIED TO CALL HER BUT I .WAS TAKING TO HER AND THE PHONE GOT DISCONNECTED AND SHE TEXT ME THAT SHE IS IN POOR NETWORK AREA AND WILL CALL BACK SHORTLY BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 1 DAY I HAVE’NT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK FROM HER, IT SEEMS THAT THE SENIOR LEVEL O[censored]CB ALSO IN THEIR GANG THEY ARE NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER WHILE CUSTOMER IS COMPLAINING. SHE MIGHT BE BUSY SOMEWHRE TO FINDING A NEW BULLY FOR ANY STORE O[censored]CB !!!
ALSO I HAVE NOT AT ALL FEAR ABOUT THE T-SHIRT I BOUGHT; EVEN I DON’T REMEMBRE THE PRICE IT MIGHT BE AROUND Rs.[protected], I AM IN REALLY FEAR ABOUT THE UCB HOOLIGANISM.
