I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your Nagpur store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping trip at your store, which took place on Novem 23, 2014
While shopping, I asked an for assistance getting a Exchange of product which was purchased from Kolkata store, it was not fitting to my son I simply asked for exchange, store Manager Refused me for Exchange B’coz franchise owner said Not to exchange the product which we don’t have in our store, due to that he not given Exchange, Franchise- FM enterprise (Owner –Naushad Ibrahim), This type of Term & condition I have heard first time.
I have read through all the details for exchange within the accompanying instruction,
In Kolkata store they said you can do Exchange at any store but this was very bad experience, I was not accepting this form such a big international brand. I have been very loyal customer of your brand and have been not satisfied and not happy with my purchase I made with you. This is the first time something like this has happened with one of your store.
Looking forward to an immediate action on this matter has simply you are losing customer because of this behavior at store.
Would be happy to speak with someone responsible.

poor quality of fabric
I bought a trouser from Phoenyx mall store, Pune in March or Feb 2014 . I wore it for only 3-4 times and after first wash color faded as well as there is discoloration on the knees. I want a replacement . You can call me on [protected]
