Hi, I bought this polo shirt at Inorbit, Malad, from the Benetton showroom. Suddenly so much later, the fabric lost it's colour whilst washing it, none of my other clothes did. This is not what we have come to expect from Benetton. I have attached pics for you to check.
I want a replacement for the polo shirt, it's not like your clothes are cheap to begin with ? When we pay for a premium brand, this is the last result we expect whilst washing ? Please look into this urgently and revert.
Fyi, I have had the item for more than a year or two and certainly don't have the invoice or any proof of purchase. However that should not be a hindrance for you guys to replace the shirt.

Cheap Jacket material :A03

I have bought the jacket in orange colour for 5k yesterday(26th jan 2015) and today I wore it to office and found that the inner lining is torn. Please get it changed or look into the issue ASAP. Its just one day old.
