I purchased online, and they took the money, but it took three weeks to proceed with my payment, and when I received one of the items, it was incorrect. I wrote to customer service and sent the pictures. More than a month and I am still waiting for my money back. I have been a regular costumer of Benetton until today. I am spreading my voice to any of my friends in Germany, Czech, and Poland to never buy with this company. Reading all the comments, I can see this a typical behavior from the company.
