United Colors Of Benetton — T-shirt torn within one month of purchase due to poor cloth quality | |||
I had purchased a t-shirt from ucb (g&b fashion pvt. ltd.), store addressed is shop no-7, 8 & 8a the metro politan mall m. g road, gurgaon, haryana-122001. the purchase invoice number is[protected] dated 25.06.2016 (invoice copy enclosed) After just one month the cloth got torn from collar buttons part due to poor quality. the same was accepted by your store after being send for quality check by the same store on my complaint. (pic enclosed) Now when i visited for the exchange it was told to me that the tshirt could only be exchanged from sale stock available as it was purchased at the time of sale. how ridiculous is this? why i should choose any dumped piece of cloth for my exchange when the fault is at your end. is this ethical? On top of all this i was willing to pay the differential amount on any piece which i choose for its exchange if the price is more than my bought piece but the staff informed me that it can only be replaced from sale stock. is is a joke? You people need to value customers & improve your standards of quality instead to playing such dirty tricks in after sales complaints. I don't know how such thing can happen with a brand like ucb. i have posted on my fb page (can search by the name of najeeb khan) regarding the issue by tagging united colors of benetton, india and you people can see the response. Your customer service number never works!! wonder is that only happening in india or globally with ucb? I need immediate response on the same.
