Dear sir/madam, This mail is regarding my travel insurance for my travelling from CHENNAI TO GOA on4th of July 2017 (PNR no DE21XD booking ID[protected]. I had purchased the travelling insurance for all of my family members ( KARWAT COVER MORE, policy nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. As per the original schedule I was supposed to travel by indigo Flight 6E128 At 4:50 am on[protected], but my travelling was rescheduled to indigo flight 6E905 at 11:15 am due to cancellation of flight. A per the policy any delay in travelling more than 6 hours of delay, I am eligible for the claim. On enquiry for the claims at the airport, I was simply denied for the claims saying why did you accept the new schedule . Hence i am forwarding this complaint so that I can avail the claims as per the policy. I request you to look into the matter on priority and do the needful in this regard.
