[Resolved] United India Insurance — MediClaim Rejection | |||
I have a mediclaim policy in United India Insurance. And thus I have raised a claim for my brother, he slipped from the cycle while going school in the morning and got his left hand's bone broken. He got hospitalised for the operation. For this expense I have raised a claim. By mistake doctor wrote the activa instead of cycle in the indoor papers given by doctor. We had a talk with doctor and he corrected it to the cycle. Due to this change of vehicle name from activa to cycle our claim got rejected and considered as the fraud case. As suggested by the Insurance company I got the letter written by the doctor stating that he has written activa instead of cycle in the indoor papers. Even after doctor's letter this insurance company is not responding properly to my claim. Was this information helpful? | |||
