Name –DIMPY HASSEJA Dear Sir, With reference to the above, I write to state that I am a customer of your esteemed organization and get my car insured with your branch office Kota, vide police No.[protected]P1049455 for the period 5/11/13 to 4/11/14 on dated 19/4/2014 around 4.30 p.m. Unfortunately my car met with an accident and the vehicle and vehicle was placed for accident repair with M/s.Kamal Auto Hyundai, authorized dealer of Hyundai cars, the surveyor has initially prepared and estimated of Rs.2, 35, 868 and at the time of submitting of estimate the dealer has not mentioned some internal parts which were not initially visible at the time of preparation of main estimate. The insurance company not accordingly deputed final surveyor to conduct the survey of the vehicle. The supplementary estimate of the hidden parts which were damaged in the accident was given to the branch office, Gumanpura Kota and the papers work duly received by the Branch office. I am sorry to say that the branch office and the surveyor has not considered the supplementary estimate in the assessment for what so even the reason. Due to non acceptance of the supplementary estimate I have suffered substantial monitory loss. So it is requested to accept the supplementary estimate in the assessment and accordingly settle my claim considering the supplementary estimate amount Rs.93, 573/-. I believe that justice will be given to me and the person who is responsible for not doing their duty diligently should be panelized. Copy of my letter dated 2/5/14 duly received in the office along with the estimate was enclosed for your kind perusal. Thanking you, Hope for the favorable reply.
