UniverCell Mobiles — Univercell totalcare is waste of money .fraudactivities

On 24th oct 2014 i purchased UNIVERSAL TOTAL CARE invoice no :10407036. And last Aug 2nd mobile got damaged and i called to PICK ME customer care for rising an pick up request .After the conversation pick me customer care replied that ( some registration process to be completed from universal side after completing registration process only they can able to raise for pick up request) At the same day i went to EXPERESS AVENUE Branch and enquired them at that time shop guy tried to call pick me customer service he din get line .so he replied that i will check with back end team and i will let you know within 2hrs.but i din get any call from universal side again i called 7 time to showroom .8 th time only the attend and the say that tomorrow 10.30 the will update the status nu .next day afternoon 1 o clock i called to showroom .they replied that they spoke with customer care and they replied that they are unable to cliam. i just want to know : ( without having my invioce no, mobile no, IMEI no how they retrieve my details and the speaked with pick me back end team ? ) After that they gived seneior office mobile no name GODSUN and called to him and i escalated to him .He ask me to come to gopalapuram branch next day i went there and he is not there . i called him he replied that just now he came out .so he routed an another guy he took one photo copy of my mobile invoice and IMEI no : NEXT day i called to him he ask me to send TOTAL CARE invoice bill.i send that VIA Watsapp . after that i called him trice no response from him. after that i called universal customer care and had a long conversation .i got PRABHU number and called to him he asked me to come to ALWARPET branch @ that time prabhu was leave so again i called to customer care they routed to GODSUN he said that registration process will take 2 days after completing registration process he will intimate the status nu . at that i asked godson to (cc in that mail chain .)but he din copy me after 2 days he replied that my registration process has declined by pick me .i asked the reason he din response me and he din atten my call .again i called to customer care they routed me to prabhu .and i contacted him he asked me to come to EA UNIVERSAL BRANCH .next day i went there prabhu was not there but the gu y called NIRMAL he collected my mobile and bill etc and he asked 3 days time to solve this issue but it take 7 days he din reply anything so i called to to prabhu he din reply .i called to universal EA branch next day they said that nirmal was on leave so another guy asked me to send the bill copy i provided that he asked me 1 day time but he also not replied i waited for 4 more days nothing happen form your shop side. SOOOOO i came to the conclusion to FILE AN CONSUMER COMPLIANT AGAINST UNIVERSAL MOBILE . And now i got replaced my mobile by pay ing 5500rs . I really want to know this UNIVERSAL TOTAL CARE is worth or fake waste of money . This how you treat your customer. 1.Registration process is not completed from your side it is my fault or your fault ? 2. i want my immediate action on this . 3.first mention your showroom cct no in invoice. I think this totalcare is waste of money, like this you doing for all customers. these how you guys cheating your customers ( i am going to compliant in consumer court by asking a new mobile because i called to your customer care and show room more than 250times while i calling every time after 10 calls only your executive will reply uh ? AND before 23days i had send mail to [protected]@univercell.in, &[protected]@univercell.in there is no reply from them but TAT for replying queris is mentioned as 24hrs nut today is 24h day maail is still getting acknowledged. Worst exp with universal.if this problem is not resolved i have all invoice copy with me i am ready to log an compliant in consumer court. plese find the details: Mobile invoice : 10407024 Imei no [protected]. total care invoice 10407036.
