[Resolved] UniverCell — Very very Worst Service | |||
Hello We friends of 4 went to Univercell Pondy Bazaar Showroom(which is in basement) near pondy bazaar police station yesterday(16.5.2014)to buy a mobile. Service which we received from all the stafs was very very very poor. There are around 12 employees and everyone are talking with each other and not responding to customers properly. We bought Asha 501 which costs 5000 rupees in 5 to 10 mins of going inside the showroom. Till we say Ok for Asha 501 the employee was talking in the OK manner. After we tel OK for that mobile, he gave that mobile to billing team and went. We were asking all our queries from another person. Then we thought of buying a sim card there itself. For that they took around 45 mins. Finally they gave the Simcard. Simcard which should be used for Asha 501 is micro sim whch they dint tel us before. After buying sim, they said we need to cut and put it in the phone. We asked them to cut and put it. for that they were searching for cutter for almost 25 mins.After that they said, cutter will be available in fathima complex and asked us to go there, cut and put in the mobile. That was the very worst behaviour from Univercell employee Things which irritated me the core are 1. One employee came with his girl friend and he introduced her to all other employees. Every employee was speaking to the pair and not even responding to the customer properly 2. One guy who is sooooooooooo fat was sitting and playing continuously. 3. Assistant Manager lady does not have any control over any of the employees. 4. All other employees were chatting and playing I feel its better to train all the employees of that branch to train on Service for atleast one month. If not surely within a year time, you will be forced to close that branch because of the poor customer service and huge loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
