Universal Ads Media — Work not done and disappeared post payment

The thing about this is the company is run by people or more should i say Mr.Anand Gaur - who was thrown out of Indiamart for the malpractices done there, also her wife was working in CSD Dept but whenever asked he used to say that she is his cousin.
Then he joined pensa media which was also closed due to lack of his work, then he went to Smera, Same story got thrown out.
Then he joined Iyogi but this was also closed in four months. Then he joined two more unique companies but also closed.

The above stint after was done in mere two years.

Now how could you believe that you are going to get the work done.

The main problem in Universal Ads Media, was the Owner Mr. Anand Gaur. This guy has literally looted every employee and clients. He stole all the Funds that were transacted in the company accounts, and used it for personal use. This was the main reason, employees o[censored]AM were not paid & the client's AdWords account also wasn't ran properly.

Employees never bothered to file a case on him, due to the longing procedures of courts & all. Some client's took a step and sent a notice, but nothing happened further & he is still out there, looting & stealing the money by another firm name & through another location.

He's got a charm of fooling people through his calm & convincing nature, he will talk to you very softly from outside, but from inside, he is a Devil. He just uses people for his own good, and when they are of no use, he plays a game to kick off them from his life.

If anyone out there is still with him or working for him, I would suggest to get out before it gets too late.

P.s: One more suggestion to the people who have became the victims of such scenario, they shouldn't be scared. Fight for the justice, not for yourself, fight for your self respect, fight for the mankind, coz no one is going to let you down if you are true!

Yes, he looks like an beggar, just to show people, that he's got nothing left after the company went down. But in fact, he's hiding all those money inside his fat tummy..Lol

I would like to disagree with your disagreement, coz I have experienced him very closely. I watched him daily, I watched his actions, sensed his khurafati dimaag (mischievous mind). He is nothing but a demon, an evil spirit.

He might be a demon but a loser in all.
From what i heard he used to drink in UAM office and was indulged in many other activities that i wouldn't like to write here.
