[Resolved] Universal Insurance Brokers Services — Regarding mobile insurance | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchase a panasonic P55 mobile on 14.1.2015, also done the insurance at the time of purchase through biscoot as retailer suggest. my mobile display screen damage & i have 1st time send the document on 1.10.2015 in order to claim, also i have submitted all the documents as demanded but it as of now my problem has not solved, no proper communication was given about the claim process, sometime they are saying they will provide cheque of the amt & sometime they are saying that they will repair the mobile but till now not a single phone has come from insurance company regarding any query, but who will courier the mobile & take the responsibility...i am totally confussed, my phone is off for the last 2 month...please help if you can...waiting for the revetal from your ends.
