Hello sir I have purchased vivo v7 at bigc store and I have done insurance for that mobile on[protected], and I lost my mobile on[protected], for fir and paper work it took 15 days wen fir came I have raised a complaint and they have rejected the claim without proper information, and they have charged full amount, and no proper information about the claim
